AGYAMPA DESAJ LTD provides property, facilities and hospitality management services in Accra, Ghana. This policy explains what personal information we handle when you contact us, when we manage a property on your behalf, and when you stay in or rent a property under our management.

We collect information you give us directly, and a limited amount collected automatically when you use this website.
- Contact details you submit — name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your enquiry.
- Property information provided in the course of an engagement, including addresses, tenancy records and maintenance history.
- Guest and tenant details where these are needed to operate a property under management.
- Basic technical information from your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.

3. Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, to deliver the management services agreed in a contract, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to maintain the security and performance of this website.

4. Sharing
We share personal information only where it is necessary to deliver a service, to comply with the law, or where you have asked us to.

6. How long we keep it

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it, and object to particular uses. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
