2017 — Management experience begins
Management of residential rental property began in 2017: tenant relations, rent administration, inspections, preventive maintenance, utilities, contractor coordination and financial reporting.

2019 — Formal Registration & Expansion
As operations expanded, the business was formally registered — broadening into Airbnb management, serviced apartment operations, hospitality, guest experience, marketing, and revenue optimisation.

2026 — AGYAMPA DESAJ LTD
Incorporated in 2026 to deliver integrated property, facilities, and hospitality management under a single corporate identity, serving owners, developers, and corporate clients across Ghana.
